The Process
Nineke Creative uses the same exact streamlined process for every project, so clients always know* what to expect.
- We start with a Zoom call to go over your request. Once you pay your deposit, you'll get a confirmation email and a Client Welcome email.
- Your Client Welcome email includes a link to upload your images, copy, and color/font preferences. No assets, no build — I can't design from thin air.
- Within 7-10 days you'll receive a first draft of the design, minus full functionality. Take a few days, share it around, decide what's working.
- Up to three major design revisions included. Excessive, last-minute changes incur a 9% surcharge (of project fee) per change.
- After final approval and final payment, you receive a PDF + video guide, and we schedule a follow-up call to walk through your new site.

- We start with a Zoom call to go over your creative/business goals. Once you pay your deposit, you’ll get a confirmation email and a Client Welcome email.
- Your Client Welcome email includes a link to upload your personal mission and goal sheet. If you don’t upload your mission and goal sheets, I can’t help you plan.
- You’ll receive a personalized schedule of weekly tasks that we’ll explore together over zoom.
- First, we’ll address your biggest, most-frequent external hurdles: time management, fear, overwhelm, etc.
- Together, we’ll map out and take every actionable step between where you are today and the achievement of your self-defined future goals.
*Nineke Creative uses Google Drive/Google Docs to manage client assets. These software track edits by user and date and time. So there will be a record of everything entered into your Folder. Nineke Creative also maintains meticulous email records. Please keep this in mind in case your project request changes after the work has begun.
Investment
Coaching packages require non-refundable 32% deposit to begin. All website packages require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin. Nineke Creative builds exclusively in WordPress. Domain, web hosting, email are not included with design packages.
Deposit codes DO NOT apply to e-books, maintenance, or sale items. You’ll receive a confirmation email and be contacted to schedule your kickoff call. Remaining balance is due within 10 days of project completion — payment schedule adjustments available on request. All payments made through this website are non-refundable.
