I’ve always been a passionate person.

When I want something, I WANT IT. I think about it all the time, and I become obsessed with making it part of my reality. I always want to be passionate and I’m proud of the things my passion has let me achieve.

When take on a new client project I’m always eager to make something we can both feel proud of. I want both of us to want to show off the website, to share the work with others, and feel excited to put out a message we believe in.

That’s why the main text on my homepage says “Website Solutions For Passionate People.”

Because I’m passionate about making better, cleaner websites. I’m passionate about connecting with other passionate creatives. And I’m super passionate about promoting the message that you can do the things you want to do with your life.

How To Become Passionate About Your Idea(s)?

Follow your feeling. If something excites you then do it as much as you can.

Don’t give up when it gets complicated. Remember why you started, and focus on your end-goal obsessively. Give your time, attention, energy, and intensity to whatever you’re working on.

Give so much of yourself to your idea, dream, goal that it physically exhausts you. If it’s hard for you to stay tuned in to what you’re doing, but you feel energized when you do something else then it’s not you’re thing.

You can’t fake passion. The gag is you either feel it, and have it, and it consumes you or you don’t have it.

Don’t force yourself if it feels bad. Push yourself when it feels like you’re almost there and getting closer.

Need help figuring out the difference, and finding where your passion’s at? Book the hour with me.

If you want to write a book, you can do it! You can self-publish, or start an online store. You can start a blog, or you can become a freelancer. Or you can become an expat, who teaches English online. Whatever you have in mind, my message to you is that YOU CAN DO THE THING YOU WANT.

You Have To Show Up. Consistently.

A big part of working with me is that I’m going to hold that ass accountable. I take my work extremely seriously. I want to help others to promote themselves, to improve their writing, to plan their projects.

If I ask you when you want to be online and you say February 7, or March 15th, and days and weeks go by but you haven’t uploaded a single piece of media or text to your client folder, or you haven’t had a planning Zoom call with me, then I’m going to follow up. And I’m also going to tell you that this seems unserious.

If you become a writing client, and I give you writing guidelines and exercises, and you text me that you got burnt out and didn’t complete them, I’m going to call you out.

If I craft tools to walk you through the process – because you paid me to help you – and you continually don’t use them, that’s upsetting for me. Or if you continually delay your part of the work, I’m going to hold you accountable.

At the end of the day YOU have to show up for YOUR thing.

In order to show up consistently for what you say you want you have to decide who you want to be.

Showing up means showing up as the person you want to be, to do the work it takes to get the thing you said you wanted.

Do you want to be the person who has an excuse for everything? Are you comfortable being a person who can’t think through a question without being given the answer? Do you want to be the person who relies on other people for approval?

Or do you want to be the person who gives time to their own ideas, and brainstorms, and pushes through mental blocks? Do you want to be the person who tries a little bit harder everyday to create work they can be proud of?

Make time every single day to do one action that brings your goal closer. That means writing everyday. Or researching a software, setting up a payment account, or taking product photos. Everyday means everyday. No excuses means you do the thing you said you would.

It’s really all up to you.

Press play for my personal philosophy on the work and holding my clients accountable.
