All rates are non-negotiable because everyone deserves to be fairly compensated for their time, and a living wage is more than $15/hr. Don’t be disrespectful; this isn’t up for discussion.

Once you e-mail your payment plan request, I’ll reply with any further questions and to set up a call time that works for you. This call will be 10 minutes max. After our call, you will receive a payment plan agreement PDF outlining the terms you requested, and the details of your website project in your own words – based on the first email you sent.
A $95 deposit is required to begin your website payment plan. This is non-refundable. All payments made through this website are non-refundable.
28 days from your initial deposit, you will be e-mailed a custom Stripe payment link for your payment plan amount. This link will be set to recurring, your card information will be stored, and you will be billed monthly for the amount agreed upon.
If you need to pause or even cancel your project, send a text BEFORE your due date. And recurring payments will be paused. Previous payments will NOT be refunded, and your website will go offline. It won’t be deleted, but it will come back online when you’re able to resume payments.
A 15% late fee may be applied to outstanding invoices after 2 weeks. Don’t be dodgy about it and we’ll get along fine.
Clients can cancel a project package, or maintenance, marketing collaboration at any time. Clients understand that all monies paid to Ruth Nineke, Nineke Creative, or Nineke Publishing ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients will not be reimbursed for monies paid at project start.
Nineke Creative is a one-woman boutique digital creative agency providing digital copywriting, content creation, design, and marketing services to a variety of creative small businesses. The agency manages approximately 4 – 8 projects at a time, and long-term, retainer, and returning clients are given scheduling priority.
Each project is assigned a timeline. Most projects are delivered within 4–6 weeks, and many are completed sooner depending on project scope and client responsiveness.
Clients are responsible for maintaining timely and considerate communication, including providing required materials, approvals, and feedback when requested.
Projects that are delayed due to lack of client communication or feedback will be considered cancelled after 90 days from the date of the client’s first payment. Additionally, projects will be considered completed 60 days after clients receive their website walkthrough PDFs and videos.
Clients who wish to resume a cancelled project agree to a $150 project restart fee. A mandatory $75/1-hour booking fee is required for edits and change requests related to completed website projects.
Clients understand that all payments made to Ruth Nineke, Nineke Creative, or Nineke Publishing are non-refundable. Clients will not be reimbursed for monies paid at project start under any circumstances.
